The scope of manufacturing activities includes : Manufacturing of all types of critical components and spares involving following input materials Fabrications (Steel/SS), Casting (G.I., C.S., Alloy Steel, SS and Non Ferrous Castings) all types of forged, rolled and standard section steel. These materials are subjected to testing as per requirement like Chemical ,Physical, UT, IGC, Radiography, MPT, DP etc. with third party inspection of Lloyd's IRS, EIL, BV etc.Necessary heat treatment is also carried out as per requirement. Machining Involving Turning. Milling, Planomilling, Boring (Horizontal and Floor), CNC M/C's (Turning, Milling, Boring), Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, Grinding (internal, Cylindrical and surface), Gear cutting, Gear tooth grinding, Honing, Slotting etc. The Quality levels maintained during process is of the highest order of world class and strictly as per drawing and QAP requirements and specifications. Our internal Quality checks and dimensional reports are submitted which can be subjected to audit checks by customer/third party. Equipments & Assemblies We also undertake complete projects of manufaturing assembling and testing of SPM's, Machinery and Equipments or entire process lines equipments either with customer's design or our own design as per required specifications for most of the process industries described above. Steel Mill Equipments, Metal Smelting Equipments and Sheet Metal Processing Equipments are some of our specialities. Allied processes Apart from machining we have tie-ups with all leading industries in their respective fields to provide reliable Single Window Services in its real sense. All kinds of Heat Treatments like Carburising, Annealing, Normalizing, Stress relieving, Hardening & Tempering etc. including Induction Hardening, Flame Hardening and Nitriding (glass & liquid). All types of surface treatments like Hard Chrome Plating, Nickel Plating, Zinc Plating, Blackodising, Cadmium Plating etc. Special Welding, Metal Spraying / Weld Deposition or built up etc. is also done for Repairing / Reconditioning of costly worn out spares/components. Steliting and Hardfacing is also under taken.
