COMPANY PROFILE: Fit Tech has immense pleasure to inform that we have added state of the art technology to strength our arms by adopting improved technology and installing high frequency Induction Mandrel Plants, Automatic Tee Manufacturing Plant and Automatic Cold Forming Bend / Elbow separately Plant for Stainless Steel grade with electric panel control. We have installed separately two sets of Mandrel Plants smaller size below 10” and larger size above 12” to 24” to produce seamless Bends and Elbows by induction method with electric control panel. We have used high frequency latest technology to minimize time with high volume of production. For manufacturing seamless Tee we have installed Automatic Tee making machine with electric panel and computerised control. It is manufactured by hydraulic pressure with very much reduced time. For Manufacturing Stainless Steel Fittings Bends / Elbows we have installed separate plant with electric panel and computerised control which produces by cold forming at very less time giving high volume of production with high quality. Apart from these plants cold forming and hot forming we have added 3 sets of high speed beveling machines with precision quality. Fittech being concerned for environment friendly installed electric furnace for heat treatment of all grades of materials. Due to high volume of production from above machines for surface cleaning we have installed two sets of Shot Blasting Machines One Hanger Type for bigger sizes and another for Drum Type for smaller sizes separately. Our factory is having total area of 1, 30,000 Sq.Ft. with compound wall. Our manufacturing workshop covered area is 40000 Sq.Ft. with EOT Crane. We being concerned for the quality right from raw materials identification to dispatch we have created additional space with covered area 10000 Sq.Ft. for Inspection, Dispatch and Packaging. Also separate covered area 50000 Sq.Ft. allotted for Raw Materials and Finished Stock for faster production and dispatch. Thus we are having 1, 00,000 Sq.Ft. covered area for smooth identification and production of materials from raw materials to finished products. We also Manufacturer Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel Flanges as per ANSI B16.5 ANSI B16.47, B.S.- 10, B.S.- 4504, DIN, IS: 6392, API 590, AWWA & B16.9, B16.11, MSS SP 47, MSS SP 95, MSS SP 97 or as per client’s specification. To meet continuous demand, we always keep large stock of Raw material and finished products of flanges and fittings used in projects of Oil, Gas, Power, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Distribution Terminals and EPC projects as per specifications and Standards. MANUFACTURING CAPACITY: Our in-house producing equipments capacity of fittings is 1/2” - 24” Seamless type fitting in all grades & 10” - 72” Welded type fitting. We have machining capacity of forgings, Blanks, Flanges from 1/2” NB to 72” NB so we can supply Body -Flanges & Tube Sheet Blank to your specification. We also have adopted the innovation process & latest technology machines to manufacture high quality Pipe fittings by installing high frequency Hot Forming Induction Mandrel Plant and automatic Cold Forming machines with electric control. Our products also pass through in Burst testing as per ASTM standard under TPI witness. We also have in house hydro testing facility and offer TPI witness of our Butt Weld Fittings if required by clients.
