Curriculum: One of the quality standards of a preschool is defined by its curriculum design. The soul of the preschool curriculum greatly influences the all round development of a child. Considering the particular needs and requirements of an early childhood curriculum, it is imperative to have a professionally designed curriculum. Chrysaellect India provides schools an early childhood curriculum that is based on theoretically sound practice and extensive research in child development, pedagogy, learning theories and brain research. Chrysaellect India advocates an eclectic approach to curriculum design. Curriculum for co- curricular activities: We have a varied range of programs which include: Twirl and turn – a perceptual motor program GeoKid – a program that introduces geography to children Math Mania: a program that allows children to explore pre-math concepts Travel Through Themes: a program that facilitates children to explore aspects of a concept in detail. Training: Education is undergoing radical if not revolutionary changes. The skills and attitude of the teacher affects the organization as well as the content and delivery of the curriculum. We provide teacher training as well as administration training. Through a series of interactive workshops we give you an opportunity to achieve real-world success through extensive use of discussions, role plays, film clips, simulations and games. Our training workshops provide teachers with effective strategies to monitor children’s progress with information and tools for quick and meaningful assessment of a student’s knowledge and abilities. Training is also customized according to requirement. Set-up: There are various aspects to starting a preschool. Having a school which is child friendly and safe is very important. Identifying a school location after doing a due diligence using tools like Checklists, School Survey and Site inspection forms is imperative. We provide assistance by conducting personal visits with a comprehensive report on the feasibility of the location for starting a school. We assist in designing the interiors, storage and furniture requirements, etc. We also provide support with organizing the human resource structure of the center, guidelines/Criteria for recruitment and the staff selection process. Various checklists and forms are provided such as job profiles of staff, interview sheets for applicants, interview evaluation sheets, formats of appointment letters, questions to be asked for the interview, etc
