In 2005 chef wadhwa took the challenge of heading the bakery and confectionery dept at the taj connemara chennai during his tenure he transformed the traditional working style of bakery and confectionery to a more contemporary modern and stylish form. In october 2006 chef wadhwa started theos- patisserie & chocolaterie from a very small basement garage which was given its current form in 2007 from then on theos has been customers favorite hi end patisserie & chocolaterie. In 2009 theos- patisserie & chocolaterie grew vertically in size with its menu dishing out over 280 different patisserie & chocolaterie items daily absolutely fresh. In 2010 theos expanded laterally with the opening of the classic italian lounge in the form of theos-café & lounge which serves you a mesmerizing italian sit down meal which is an unforgettable experience in itself.
