Vickers Hardness Testing Machines

We offer our clients with Vickers hardness testing machines that are

used for measuring the Vickers and Brinell hardness of metals from soft

to very hard. Available in standard and computerized models with an in

built CCD and suitable advanced software, these machines automatically

display the hardness value on the computer monitor, from which the

result printouts can be taken. There is push button control for load

selection and a range of test loads for Vickers or Brinell from 1 kg to

250 kg. The optical magnifications include 35X, 70X and 140X. This

precision diamond indentor is 136° pyramid shaped and is used to make

sharp indentations on the specimens and samples. There is a maximum Test

height x Throat ratio of 250 x 150 mm and the load accuracy is within ±

1% of nominal load value. It conforms to IS: 1754, as per international

standards.
